Call for Papers
The CAAI International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (CICAI 2026), organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), will be held at the Haining International Campus of Zhejiang University, Haining, Zhejiang Province, China, from October 17 to 19, 2026.
The conference aims to promote advanced research in Artificial Intelligence and foster scientific exchange among researchers, practitioners, scientists, students, and engineers from academia and industry.
CICAI 2026 welcomes high-quality original submissions in all areas of Artificial Intelligence. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following categories:

Paper submission must be in English. All papers will be double-blind reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. All paper submissions will be handled electronically. Papers that do not comply with the submission policy will be rejected without review.
Each submitted paper should be standard Springer 1-column paper template (10-page of technical content + 2-page references). All papers must be submitted electronically through the paper submission system of Openreview in PDF format only. If required supplementary material may be submitted as a separate PDF file, but reviewers are not obligated to consider this, and your manuscript should, therefore, stand on its own merits without any supplementary material. Supplementary material will not be published in the proceedings.
The submitted papers must not be previously published anywhere and must not be under consideration by any other conference or journal during the CICAI review process. Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper was accepted, at least one author will complete the regular registration.
Outstanding accepted papers will be invited to be extended and published in “CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology”, “CAAI Transactions on Intelligent Systems”, “ENGINEERING Information Technology & Electronic Engineering)”, etc.
Paper Submission

Templates
CICAI 2026 uses double-blind review for regular papers. Manuscripts should be original, written in English, and in accordance with the standard Springer 1-column paper template (10-page technical content + 2-page references for regular papers); see the CICAI2026 AuthorKit.zip for details. Papers must be in trouble-free, high-resolution PDF format, formatted for US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) paper, using Type 1 or TrueType fonts. For regular papers, CICAI 2026 submissions are anonymous for double-blind review. The authors must manually remove all author and affiliation information from their submission for review, and may replace it with other information, such as paper number and keywords. Submissions may an ethics statement if applicable; acknowledgements should be omitted from papers submitted for review, but may be included in these two additional pages for accepted papers.
Only PDF files are required at the time of submission for review; you will additionally need to submit paper source files if your paper is accepted for publication.
